Collections

Turn around time (please read before order)

Customs (only epoxy) Orders 3-4 weeks to process before shipping. I apply minimum 3 coats of epoxy that requires up to 48 hours to cure between coats. If you have any decal or vinyl added this will have at least 2 coats over the vinyl/decal. Can be less time depends epoxy cure time and order volume.

On the sublimation items time will depends on the time you take to approved the template(if needed), same with the logos, t-shirts, hats and the rest of the items.

Ready to Ship epoxy tumbler and Ready to ship sublimation, if you add a decal/name will add additional days to processing before shipping.

Return Policy

I do not accept returns/exchanges because most of these items are custom orders and can't be sold to any one.

If you purchase the wrong item, item was bent/broken by carrier or have customization issues please contact us via email or chat here in the web site in the First 24 hours the was order made or order received.
